All prospective clients will complete an intake process by completing an online form or through a meeting. This is an essential process where clients can tell their story and answer several questions. This process is free and is necessary to help Pao better understand your circumstances before the legal consultation.
Next, clients will have a consultation with Pao to discuss their case. Clients will have the opportunity discuss questions and concerns they may have. These consultations will cost 50$ as Pao will be providing legal advice to clients about their goals and options.

(2) Planning & Representation
Next, Pao will develop strategies and plans to best meet each prospective client’s goals.
If you decide to hire Summit Law Office, you will sign a representation agreement to establish an attorney-client relationship. Pao will walk you through the scope of work that will be performed as well as the requisite payment and fees.

(3) Legal Work
Once the representation agreement has been finalized, Pao will get started on your case. Pao will work with you to complete your matter and ensure that you stay informed about your case.

Payment. The total cost of services varies and is determined by the work being performed. For most application processes, clients will be charged a flat fee that may be split into separate payments. Summit Law Office PLC offers several payment plans for its clients. More information about these plans will be provided before the start of representation.
Typical Payment Option. Clients must advance a refundable deposit for the first stage of work (25% or one-fourth of the total fee) upon hiring Summit Law Office. Then, clients will pay the other 25% of the fee when Pao files your immigration application. The final 50% of the fee will be paid after representation is complete.
Fees. Clients are responsible for covering all fees to third parties required to complete their matter.
